This one is so easy and so delicious!
Sautee the onion and mushrooms in a skillet with olive oil and minced garlic and garlic salt. After a few minutes, add in the strips of pastrami (or roast beef) for 5-10 minutes. Line the inside of halved green peppers with muenster cheese (or provolone). Pile on the sautéed onions, mushrooms and meat. Throw on another layer of cheese and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is a little browned.
